We were engaged by an Infrastructure Company

The question asked: How do we develop a growth strategy to ensure we maintain our
market leading position and optimise our valuation ahead of a sale process?

Assessed the current strategy and investor readiness

We followed our gap assessment process to understand why the current business was not
executing to its full potential. By deeply understanding the business needs and partnering

For this company they had a pitch deck and had engaged investors but were struggling to

apparent why.

ensure the investor story was compelling, that it aligned with their strategy and financials and
to ensure investor alignment with appropriate governance. This maximised their investment
